About Real Gents and Ladies Investment Club

We are a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) operating within the financial investment industry in South Africa. At Real Gents and Ladies, we believe in offering diverse services that meet the needs of our investors. Our investment portfolios span across various sectors, ensuring that your money works for you. Here’s what we offer:

Investments

Members or investors receive their dividends at the end of the financial year (February). 50% of the profits are distributed equally among them, while the remaining 50% is reinvested into the business. New members are welcome to join during the open period, which runs from 1 January to the end of March each year, and a joining fee applies.

Burial Society

Our burial society is open to everyone. The monthly contribution is R150 with no joining fee. There is a 6-month waiting period, and each policy covers 7 people. Benefits include:

• R5,000 payout
• R150 airtime
• Mobile fridge for 4 days or until the day of the burial
• Tent, 50 chairs, 2 tables, and a meat cutter machine

A form for uploading will be provided for joining.

Lending of Funds

Members or investors are permitted to withdraw a portion of money from the available funds at any time. Members of the burial society can also access funds after 10 months of membership.

Renting of Properties

Properties are currently under construction in Lenasia and Vuwani. Further details will be announced once completed.

Hiring of Equipment

We offer the hiring of various equipment including mobile fridges, chairs, tables, tents, and trailers for rental purposes.
